The American Music Awards were held tonight in Los Angeles. The big winner was Taylor Swift, who beat out Katy Perry, Adele and others to take home Artist of the Year honours.
The night featured insanely brilliant performances from Jennifer Lopez, Kelly Clarkson Drake and more. Less so were the directorial debut of Will.I.Am, who's miss timed and embarrassing show saw Mick Jagger videos not sync with a fluro performance that was probably good in his own mind but did not translate to the awards stage.
Another embarrassing moment was Justin Bieber with LMFAO with the poor lad not knowing when to exit the stage appropriately.
But enough negativity, it was a great show - with one of our highlights being the red carpet presenting by the newly "named" Vanessa Lachey - who slam dunked the role of host!
Adam Lambert also returned to the AMA stage for the first time in a couple of years, since they threw him under the bus with his "controversial" performance, which saw him kissing his bandmate... oh well. At least Adam was a bigger man and came back and gave the show an added touch of sexy glamour!
