In an announcement today from his new record label, EMI, Sam Sparro has confirmed not only he will be appearing at the Sydney Gay and Lesbian Mardi Gras after party, Mardigrasland, but he will be closing it with a special performance.
"It's true - the prodigal son will return to Australia for the most fabulous event in the Sydney calendar in March, closing the Mardi Gras Party with a special performance, along with two intimate sideshows in Sydney and Melbourne. You know what that means, right? You'd better start approximating lightening speed, because these shows are going to sell out quick smart."
Sam previously performed for Mardi Gras at the Harbour Party, with a massive production of Black and Gold - we can't wait to see what he will do on the main stage at Mardigrasland.
