After returning the festival into a positive financial result this year, the Brisbane Pride Festival is holding a community planning brainstorm and Q&A session, inviting members of our community to have their say prior to planning for the 2012 Festival.
"This is your chance to discuss what you want at the 2012 festival. Pride members, community groups and the general public are welcome." said the organising committee.
A community survey held earlier this year found found many festival-goers wanted the festival to be held in spring.
"We are pleased to announced the bulk of the 2012 festival will be held in September but some events will still be held in June."
The iconic Sportsman Hotel (130 Leichhardt St, Spring Hill) will hold the consulation event on September 19 from 7pm.
